Review : Another awesome 1976 radio recording. This is the only on with the back up of a band! This is a terrific show. The band is great, especially on Join Me in LA. The sound is detailed very well in the notes. Whoever did the remaster put in a labor of love. Don't be dissuaded by the hiss at the beginning: either the ears get used to it, or its level diminishes a bit, or both. And while one section of the banter is really hard to hear, the music sounds amazingly good. I can't give it five stars with that sound (too much rating inflation around here), but overall this is good enough to try on novices and a must-have for any Zevon lover.
