Review (BigO) : From Griffith's 1988 shows that have surfaced, the setlist reads more like a "greatest hits" package - giving her listeners, or at least those who attended her shows, an idea of her songs. If she had an agenda - not that she actually had one - it's more to showcase her vocals and the thoughtful songs and singer-songwriters behind them. While she performs Once In A Very Blue Moon and From A Distance - which have the word "hit" written all over them, one only wonders why she had left out that other real hit - Anyone Can Be Somebody's Fool, the catchy opening track from the immaculately crafted Little Love Affairs. This is a feisty show with a chatty Nanci - she has an amusing story to tell about her friendship with Mary Margaret, and even gets the crowd to "sing along" on Love Wore A Halo.
