Review (Dusty) : This is a fantastic soundoard recording of one of the finest shows from the 2006 Mark Knopfler and Emmylou Harris tour. In fact, as far as I'm aware it's the ONLY soundboard recording of this show, other than the officially released "Real Live Roadrunning DVD/CD show (which is fantastic, go and buy it right now if you haven't already). That recording however missed out Emmylou's fantastic "Michaelangelo", which was the highlight of this tour for me. Apparently Emmylou herself asked that it be removed. She must be on what Steve Earle used to be on. Anyhow, as far as I am aware this Verona show is the only known soundboard recording of Michaelangelo from the 2006 tour, so as far as I am concerned you should download this for that reason alone. The fact that the rest of the show is great is just an added bonus! It sounds pretty damn good to me though, I would guess that it is from the FM broadcast, but I can't say for certain. Enjoy!
