Review : Excellent bootleg from the 1972 tour. If this is from Oklahoma, then it is likely from the Fairgrounds Arena, April 12th, 1972.

Review (Oil Well Bootlegs) : This album is a digital clone of: Live U.S.A. - Imtrat ?- IM 900.043 (1991). This Oil Well version has a fine cover, fine quality. Fold-out insert shows details of other CDs in the series. Limited to 200 copies only. Due to its rarity and good quality, this disc is recommended. On the front cover Joe Cocker performing live during a concert. In the autumn of 1978, Cocker toured North America promoting his album, Luxury You Can Afford. Despite this effort, it received mixed reviews and only sold around 300,000 copies In September 1978, Joe Cocker assembles a new backing band under the name Joe Cocker & The American Standard Band with the core of an existing band. This was the band that toured to promote Cockerīs Luxury you can afford, released that same month. The correct recording date is unknown but this bootleg is not from a 1972 show. Joe Cocker did a show on Oklahoma City on 14 March of 1978 at International Building, State Fairgrounds. Live U.S.A booklet says "Recorded Live in New York, N.Y., U.S.A". Joe Cocker did a show in Manhattan, NY in 1978 at Carnegie Hall.
