Review : This was the third year that Jeff 'auctioned himself off' at Second City's "Letters To Santa Benefit" show. For 24 hours, Second City is open to the public to enter and leave as they please while performances entertain throughout the night. At one point, an auction occurs that allows a group of 30 people to bid on a private concert from Jeff Tweedy to be held in one of the group members living rooms. Three groups were bidding against each other, but Jeff actually ended up agreeing to play 3 shows for each of the groups in return for 17.5k each to the Letters to Santa charity. Jeff alone raised over $50,000 for children in the Chicago area to receive presents for possibly the first time in their lives. Our warmest appreciation and thanks to Jeff and Susan for making this possible.
