Review (Wikipedia) : It's Just a Matter of Time is the forty-second album by American singer/guitarist Glen Campbell, released in 1985.

Review (Amazon) : 1985's "Its Just a Matter of Time" is one of the last Glen Campbell albums to be re-issued on CD, and a welcome addition it is. Although short (just ten songs,) it is a lovely album featuring Campbell's unique blend of country and pop influences. Brook Benton's "Its Just a Matter of Time" was a U.S. country hit for Campbell, going all the way to number seven on the charts in 1985. The album itself went to #32 on the country charts, but did not make the pop charts at all. This is an album that shows Campbell's obvious love for his material and his seriousness in producing music to last. There are three Jimmy Webb songs: "Cowboy's Hall of Fame," "Shattered" and best of all "Do What You Gotta Do," a great Webb composition that was originally done by Johnny Rivers on the classic lp "Rewind." "Rag Doll" is a wonderful ballad, having been done first by Art Garfunkel, but sounding fresh and passionate here. One unexpected turn is Campbell's arrangement of the very old, traditional song "Sweet Sixteen" (no, not "Sweet Little Sixteen," thank you) turning it into a top flight ballad in the best Glen Campbell style.
