Review (Elvismatters) : Memphis Recording Service (MRS) has released another great release. Elvis – On Tour 1974: South Bend, Indiana. It was released in January 2026 as a 1CD Deluxe Edition and a 2LP Gatefold, available in both black vinyl and an exclusive clear vinyl edition (exclusively through authorized Elvis dealers such as ShopElvisMatters). In the fall of 1974, Elvis embarked on what would become his final tour of the year. On October 1, 1974, he gave a memorable concert at the Athletic & Convention Center of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. For the first time, this show has been fully remastered and mixed in stereo, capturing the energy of Elvis's live performance better than ever. The release includes a richly illustrated booklet with rare photographs, memorabilia, and liner notes that place the performance in its historical context. As we have come to expect from MRS, this release also combines a careful sound restoration with a stylish presentation - a must-have for every collector.
