Review : A sparkling performance from the 1989 Never Ending Tour on Belgian ground. Dylan gave his best-ever Belgian show to some five-thousand followers, a momentum now to be revisited. Filler tracks from Den Haag, Italy and Birmingham. Blowin' In The Wind is not mentioned on the artwork, but it is on the disc.
