Comments from Bob's Boots : This is the full show of a powerful electric set from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dylan rocks, and the entire performance is captured in this very good audience recording. Highlights are a soulful She Belongs To Me, and a funky Everything Is Broken The package is nice, except for the generic looking discs. There are several well chosen filler tracks of songs performed in August '97 that weren't included in the Scranton show. Among the filler tracks are the last 3 songs from the August 7th Toronto show. Vol. 2 is a companion disc to this set, that contains the beginning of that show.
